AVRILL CRAWFORD
Director and Chair, Fundraising Committee
Avrill Crawford is the CEO/Project Manager of e-Learning Jamaica Company Limited. Prior to joining the company in November 2005, she served as Executive Director of the Jamaica Computer Society Education Foundation.
She has over 30 years experience in the information technology field as well as expertise in the delivery of information technology services to the education sector.
She is a graduate of the University of the West Indies with a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Mathematics. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Computing Science from the University of Glasgow.
A past President of the Jamaica Computer Society and the Caribbean Education Technology Association (CETA), Avrill has also served as a member of the Board of several local, regional and international bodies. She was also President of the Jamaica Netball Association and Vice President of the International Federation of Netball Associations.
Avrill joined the Board of the St. Andrew High School Foundation in January 2009 and currently chairs the Foundation’s Fundraising Committee, which is responsible for the implementation of programmes and activities aimed at increasing the Foundation’s endowment fund.
